Construction video production for builders and developers.
Brand films, site story days, aerial progress retainers and long-term time-lapse — shot on your job site by a cinematographer, delivered in ten business days.
Four ways to film a build.
Every job site has a story: the pour at six in the morning, the crane that arrives on a Tuesday, the day the glass goes in. We film it the way a film crew treats a location — light, lens, movement, cut — and deliver it in the three ratios you actually post. Victoria, Vancouver Island, and across BC.
Every quote is fixed within 48 hours. No hourly billing. Ten business days from shoot to delivery, two revision rounds, and the footage is yours under a perpetual commercial licence on final payment.
Brand film
Two to four minutes, shot as a short film. Who you are, how you build, and the places you've built — the asset that sells the next project before it breaks ground, and the one that runs on your website and in every proposal.
Site Story Day
One day on site, one film. An owner interview, a safety brief people actually watch, or a trades film for your crew. The fastest way to put one true thing about your company on screen.
Aerial progress retainer
One flight a month, one 60–90 second cut, plus four vertical versions for LinkedIn and Instagram. Step up to bi-weekly when the project has an audience and you can't afford to miss the pour or the topping-out. RPAS Advanced certified; we coordinate flight windows with your superintendent.
$2,950 bi-weekly
Long-term time-lapse
A 4K camera lives on your site from first dig to final inspection. Monthly edits while you build — a finished cut, not raw frames on a server — then one film that compresses two years into ninety seconds.
+ $850 / month
Questions
How much does construction video production cost in Victoria, BC?
Silent Story's brand films start at $7,500, a Site Story Day starts at $4,500, aerial progress retainers start at $1,750 a month ($2,950 bi-weekly), and long-term time-lapse is $3,500 to install plus $850 a month. Every quote is fixed within 48 hours.
Can you fly a drone over an active construction site?
Yes. We are Transport Canada RPAS Advanced Operations certified. We attend your site orientation, agree flight windows with the superintendent, and work around active trades. Most aerial visits are complete inside 90 minutes.
What do we receive, and who owns the footage?
Every film ships in 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16, within ten business days, with two revision rounds. A perpetual, unlimited commercial licence transfers to your company on final payment.
Do you only film construction?
Yes. Builders, developers, general contractors and trades — on Vancouver Island and across BC. That focus is why we are faster on your site than a generalist videographer.
