Fair. So we built First Take. One site, one film, one week, one fixed fee. If it lands, we talk retainer. If it doesn't, you keep the film and we shake hands. No upsell, no follow-up sequence, no paperwork beyond the single shoot.
A single site visit, a fixed price, three aspect ratios. Nothing about the craft changes because the deliverable is smaller — and if you start a retainer within 30 days, the $597 comes straight off your first invoice.

Yes. The First Take fee credits toward the first month of any monthly retainer started within 30 days of delivery. No paperwork — we just adjust the first invoice.

Per-project pricing after the First Take is $897 per site visit. The intro discount is one-time. Most clients move to a retainer because the math is better — but per-project is always available.
Yes. We cover Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, and most of Vancouver Island. Travel outside this radius is quoted separately.
Yes. Every contract transfers a perpetual, unlimited commercial usage licence on final payment. We retain the right to use selected frames in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
50% on booking to lock the date, 50% on delivery. We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred) and credit card via Square. Invoice and receipt issued within 24 hours of each payment.
