Yes. The First Take fee credits toward the first month of any monthly retainer started within 30 days of delivery. No paperwork — we just adjust the first invoice.

Per-project pricing after the First Take is $747 (Listing) and $897 (Site). The intro discount is one-time. Most clients move to a retainer because the math is better — but per-project is always available.
Yes. We cover Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, and most of Vancouver Island. Travel outside this radius is quoted separately.
Yes. Every contract transfers a perpetual, unlimited commercial usage licence on final payment. We retain the right to use selected frames in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
50% on booking to lock the date, 50% on delivery. We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred) and credit card via Square. Invoice and receipt issued within 24 hours of each payment.
